1. Creating a 3D model

At this stage, the customer controls every detail of their future product in 3D format (absolutely all the subtleties are taken into account).

Models we usually use: AutoCad, 3ds Max.

Terms from 1 to 30 working days (depending on the complexity of the product).

2. CNC cutting or 3D printing

The next step is to make an approved visualization of the product.

To do this, we use a 4-axis CNC milling machine (field size 200×280 cm) or print the model on a 3D printer.

Terms from 3 to 10 working days (depending on the complexity of the product and the load of the line).

3. Removal of molds and creation of wax models

At this stage, a mold is created for direct casting of one or more products.

In our work we use only high quality polymers and mixtures to achieve the best results.

Terms from 1 to 30 working days (depending on the size, number of wax models).

4. Forming in crucibles and drying molds in a muffle furnace

Forming and drying molds is one of the most important stages in the process of vacuum casting.

When drying molds, we use muffle furnaces measuring 90x90x120 cm and

260x200x200 cm, which allows you to “dry” even very large products.

Terms from 3 to 30 working days (depending on the number of crucibles).

5. Casting of products

In our work we use certified raw materials, our furnaces are equipped with temperature sensors with step-by-step temperature control, which allows you to control heating and keep the temperature at the “casting point” required for casting a certain brand of metal (which gas furnaces can not).

We have three melting furnaces with a capacity of 10, 50 and 350 kg.

6. Finishing of metal

At this stage, sandblasting, grinding drum, grinding and polishing are involved.

Finishing sanding, polishing pastes, patina and more.
